Cooper & Friedman Personal Injury Attorney Scott Wallitsch Receives “Rising Star” Award

The Cooper and Friedman law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, is excited to announce that associate attorney Mr. Scott Wallitsch was recently selected as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Organization.
Super Lawyers is a national organization that recognizes outstanding lawyers that have excelled in their legal careers. The Super Lawyers rating service considers candidates from more than 70 different legal practice areas that have achieved notable professional success. Candidates are selected through a combination of independent research, and evaluations and nominations from peers. Each candidate is independently evaluated using 12 different peer and professional achievement criteria.
The Rising Star award recognizes young lawyers 40 years of age or younger, with less than a decade of legal practice experience. This honor is given 
to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. After going through a multi-phase selection process, Scott Wallitsch with the Cooper and Friedman law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, was selected as Kentucky’s Personal Injury Plaintiff Rising Star. This is a huge honor for Mr. Wallitsch, and for the attorneys at the Cooper and Friedman law firm.
Scott Wallitsch is a Louisville native and a 2011 graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He graduated from Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky, and completed undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Wallitsch joined the Cooper and Friedman law firm as a law clerk in 2010. He is now an associate attorney with the firm practicing in the area of personal injury. He speaks English and Spanish fluently, and helps serve Spanish-speaking clients at the law firm. In his free time, Mr. Wallitsch enjoys volunteering at the Latino Law Clinic and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He also serves as a member of the Associate Board at Gilda’s Club in Louisville, Kentucky.
